This is Lila. 

She's everybody's best friend! 

Lila loves dancing, singing, arts & crafts, reading, creating and, of course, playing with all her friends in The Rainbow Nest!  

Lila understands the power of taking a moment to pause before reacting and she loves going into the Nest to feel calm and silent before responding to something hard or even upsetting.  She knows she holds everything she needs inside her already.
